What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This website is run by Backstage Exposé. For anything concerning your personal data, write to bse_info@backstagexpose.com.
The case form. When you submit a case we receive what you type: first name, last name, email address, the collection you chose and the text of your message.
The newsletter. When you subscribe we receive your email address.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records the technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as IP address and browser type, in its server logs.
We use the data of the case form only to evaluate the case and, if needed, to contact you about it. We use your email address for the newsletter only to send you the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives the forms on our behalf. The videos on this site are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode: YouTube sets cookies only if you play the video. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Case submissions are kept for as long as we are evaluating the case and for no more than 24 months, unless we are working on it with you. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to receive a copy of it. Write to bse_info@backstagexpose.com. If you live in the European Union you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It stores nothing on your device except what is technically needed to show the pages.
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page. Last update: 5 October 2026.
